I was at a track meet waiting in our little heat group for the 4x400 relay, and this girl from an opposing team told me to “not whack her with my braids” while running, keeping in mind I had long box braids in. When she said that, I was very confused because there were other girls there with long single braids in, and she had not said anything to them.
