While Black Project is a collective of activated anti-racist creatives focused on illuminating the stories that we, as Black Americans, painfully share. We aim to capture stories from every state to put a spotlight on the honest and heartbreaking truth of being Black in America. Why we even have to say Black Lives Matter.

Our mission is to create an honest space for candid conversation by building a platform for progress, where experiences can be shared and action can be organized to change how these stories unfold for future generations.

We’re expert storytellers using our creativity to humanize and organize the collective microaggressions that Black Americans face far too often.

We’re all authors of the American story. Every person we meet is a character that can change the arc of a single interaction. Together, we can be that change to ensure everyone’s story leads to a brighter future for us all.
